Our Solutions
We revolutionize the way you secure your products by building a custom Brand Protection Solution to meet the unique needs of your industry and brand. Mix and match these three core protection techniques to build a complex, bullet-proof protection solution that is impossible for counterfeiters to replicate.
Tamper-evident Labels
Intentional changes to the face stock result in impossible-to-miss evidence left behind when someone attempts to remove the label.
Traceability Labels
Lock down your brand integrity with real-time tracing and authentication during the supply chain and logistics processes.
Anti-counterfeit Labels
These intricate labels combine human-visible and covert features to create a complex label that is impossible to re-create.
Tamper-evident Labels
One of the easiest ways to identify product tampering is to use Tamper-evident Labels. These labels make intentional changes to the facestock or adhesive impossible to miss. Options include self-destruct qualities or leave-behind materials.
Self-destruct Labels are cuts or blemishes in the facestock that cause the label to shred or tear when it’s being removed. Even when it appears to be lifted cleanly, some of the original label is left behind, signaling that someone has tampered with your product.
Leave-behind Labels utilize special adhesive that adheres to the package and reveals lettering or a cautionary message when removed, such as “VOID” or “WARNING.” Seeing this is another indication that your product has fallen into the wrong hands.
Traceability Labels
The ability for suppliers to track and trace their products throughout the delivery process is key to maintaining brand integrity. When counterfeiters – through theft or fraud – divert legitimate products to other markets outside of normal channels, they are often sold alongside counterfeit items by illegitimate resellers. Known as Grey Market Diversion, this process hurts manufacturers, sellers and end-users alike.
Traceability Labels allow the supplier to track shipments in real-time, knowing exactly where their products are at all times.
Shipment-specific QR and barcodes are paired with non-consecutive, unique serialization to create two-factor authentication for shipments. This gives suppliers the ability to track the delivery route and location of their products, and resellers the ability to instantly authenticate products upon their receipt.
Anti-Counterfeit Labels
Combining both human-visible and micro-features that are hard to detect with the naked eye, Anti-Counterfeit Labels feature complex designs that are difficult for counterfeiters to duplicate. Some features can only be revealed with tools like a magnifying glass or black light, and include the following:
- Serialization – Unique sequential numbering used on each individual label.
- Black Light Feature – Printed image or lettering that is only visible with a black light.
- Guilloche – The use of uniquely-patterned, overlapping lines.
- Select Raster – A multidimensional look created by using smaller images.
- Trafo Raster – A multidimensional look created by using letters in various sizes.
- Black-on-Black Printing – Overlapping features printed in black for an embossed feel.
- Multiply – Varied fonts, spacing and sizes that fade at a unique rate.
- Micro-Features – Hidden elements only visible with a loupe or magnifying glass.
- Numanistics – A tool used to distort words, shapes or images into a pattern.
- And many more!
